Ventura Crash Traps Two Injured People

     Two people were injured after their vehicle crashed into a residential structure in Ventura Thursday.

     The crash happened shortly before 10:30 AM in the 300 block of Teloma Drive.

     Firefighters say the vehicle had smashed through the garage wall of the residence trapping the two people inside the vehicle.

     The crash had also damaged an electrical panel exposing live wires.

     Firefighters conducted a heavy rescue operation in order to get the two occupants of the vehicle out.

     One of the occupants was treated at the scene for minor injuries, the other was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
