Update--A Thousand Oaks man with a history of sex crimes was sentenced Tuesday on a host of new charges involving Human Trafficking, Child Luring, and Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
The judge sentenced 41-year-old Robert Ryan McGraa of Thousand Oaks to more than 15 years in prison after he had earlier pleaded guilty to six felony charges and he also admitted six special allegations.
Some of those special allegations refer to the fact that McGraa was previously convicted of Unlawful Sex with a Minor in 2006 and Human Trafficking of a Minor in 2017.
In the current case, McGraa coerced an adult female to engage in commercial sex acts in 2014 in Oxnard, massaged a 14-year-old acquaintance from Simi Valley in a sexually suggestive manner in 2016, and possessed explicit photos of young children on at least three occasions.
They say McGraa was in several Ventura County cities and was very active on social media platforms up until the time of his arrest last September.
