Thousand Oaks Man Charged With The Sexual Assaults Of 3 Female Juveniles

A Thousand Oaks man is facing dozens of charges and special allegations in connection with what the authorities allege were the sexual assaults of three female juveniles under the ages of 14 and 10 years of age.
Ventura County Sheriff's investigators say that in October of 2022, a female juvenile told law enforcement that she was sexually assaulted multiple times by a known suspect.
An investigation was started that revealed there were two more victims.
On December 12, 2022, a search warrant was served on the residence of 24-year-old Raul Garcia Gomez in the 600 block of Brossard Drive in Thousand Oaks.
They arrested Garcia Gomez on a host of felonies including three counts of Forcible Lewd Act Upon a Child; two counts of Unlawful Act with a Child 10-years-old and Under; two counts of Lewd Act Upon a Child; two counts of Assault with Intent to Commit a Sexual Assault During a Burglary; and Kidnapping for Child Molesting.
Garcia Gomez is also facing more than 30 Special Allegations including Victims under the age of 14; Sex Crimes with Aggravated Circumstances; Vulnerable Victims; and Taking Advantage of a Position of Trust.
The authorities believe there could be additional victims.
Garcia Gomez is being held in the Ventura County Jail without bail and is due back in court on January 19, 2023 to face arraignment.
