Searches For Missing Simi Valley Girl And Oxnard Man Both End Safely

     Ventura County authorities say separate  searches for a missing Simi Valley girl and an Oxnard man both ended with both being located  and found to be safe Friday.

     In Simi Valley, police say that 11-year-old Phoenix Flowers was found hiding out with a friend.

     She was located and reunited with her family by Friday evening.

     Meanwhile, a few hours earlier in Oxnard, police say 90-year-old Gunter Stahl was found and is back with his family.
