The personal trainer for some high school students in Ventura County has pleaded not guilty to sexual assault and other charges.
40-year-old Keith Dudley of Oxnard also denied several special allegations in connection with the case.
Oxnard police say they arrested Dudley on March 27th after they learned of allegations involving a 15-year-old student from Moorpark.
Police said at the time that Dudley worked with high school age students from various schools throughout Ventura County.
But they added at the time that there was NO indication that anything had allegedly happened on school grounds or any school sanctioned events.
In court Thursday, Dudley pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of Forcible Sexual Penetration on a Minor over 14 years old plus Assault with Intent to Commit a Felony and a Misdemeanor count of Sexual Battery.
He denied seven special allegations including Taking Advantage of a Position of Trust and that the Victim Was Vulnerable.
The court also issued two sealed victim protective orders and also prohibited him from attending a track event in Simi Valley.
He is also prohibited from having contact with any minor unless a parent is there.
He remains free on bail and is due back in court on May 21st.
