More COVID-19 Antibody Tests In Ventura And Elsewhere, But There Are Limits

The Ventura City Fire Department is holding another day of COVID-19 antibody testing Tuesday in three sections, first seniors and others at high risk, then first come first serve, and then appointments. However the appointments are full-up. Here is their Facebook post regarding Tuesday's testing

Please note the the following times and instructions
Anyone coming for a blood draw is always encouraged to ensure that they are well hydrated prior to coming to have labs drawn.
11-1 is dedicated time for senior citizens and medically fragile (disabled and immunocompromised). A FD employee or volunteer will meet those arriving at the entrance and provide them with a report to wellness screening/registration time. Please wait in your car until the time on the card. This will be first come first serve. Anticipated max capacity during this time is 80.
1-4 pm is open to the public first come first serve. Again with a FD employee or volunteer providing those in attendance with a report to wellness screening/ registration time. Please wait in your car until this time. Anticipated max capacity during this time is approximately 100.
4-6 pm will be available by appointment only. There are only 80 appointments available during this time. If you are able to select a time, you should consider the time confirmed. Confirmations will not be sent. We will have a list of confirmed names at the registration table. Once all times have been filled the link will be removed. There are 10 appointments available every 15 minutes.
