The CHP was investigating a fatal crash early Friday morning on the 126 east of Piru in Ventura County.
It involved a solo vehicle rollover crash reportedly involving a black Mercedes C-Class vehicle around 3:30 AM.
At least one person was declared dead at the scene.
The incident impacted the eastbound lane of Highway 126.

Two adults were displaced by a house fire in Thousand Oaks early Friday morning.
It was reported around 3:45 AM in the 2400 block of Northpark Street.
That's an area of single-family homes south of Avenida De Los Arboles and east of Erbes Road.
There were reports from neighbors who reported hearing explosions.
When firefighters arrived, they reported a working fire.
It took them less than a half-hour to knock down the flames.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause was under investigation.

Deputies in Moorpark captured three suspected catalytic converter thieves early Friday morning in Moorpark.
They found the suspects in a vehicle in a parking lot at Miller Parkway near Los Angeles Avenue around 4:40 AM.
Two of the suspects were taken into custody almost immediately.
A third suspect ran but was located a captured a short time later in the area of Science Drive near Los Angeles Avenue.
Deputies found 7 stolen catalytic converters in the suspect vehicle.
