Newbury Park Man Pleads Not Guilty To Murdering His Sister

     Updated--The Newbury Park man arrested in the shooting death of his sister in February has pleaded not guilty to murder.

     33-year-old Brennan Paul Post was in court Wednesday for arraignment where he also denied a special allegation of using a firearm to kill his sister, 25-year-old Cassidy Snow of Newbury Park.

     It happened in the early morning hours of February 17th at the family residence in the 100 block of Sandra Court.

     Snow was declared dead at the scene, Post was taken into custody that morning and later booked into the Ventura County Jail for Felony Murder.

     Post remains in jail and is being held without bail.

     He is due back in court on May.
