Sunday Shakers Felt In Parts Of Ventura County

     Sunday shakers were felt in parts of Ventura County Sunday afternoon.

     The USGS says the initial earthquake registered 4.1 and struck at 1:03 PM.

     It was centered 7 miles northwest of Malibu which is just on shore near the Ventura-Los Angeles county line.

     It was followed four minutes later by a 3.0 in the same area.

     There were almost a dozen aftershocks, one was 2.4 and the others under 2.0 in the two hours after the initial temblor.

     No reports of any damage or injury.
