Sketch Of Suspect Who Attacked Female Jogger Near Fillmore

     The Ventura County Sheriff's Office has released a composite sketch of the suspect who attacked a woman jogger near Fillmore Sunday morning.

    Detectives say the 65-year-old Fillmore resident was jogging in the area of the Sespe Creek Bike Path at Old Telegraph Road around 10:30 Sunday morning when the suspect exposed himself and then attacked her.

    She was able to quickly break free, fled the area, and called 911.

    The suspect was gone when deputies searched the area.

    Detectives worked with the victim to obtain the attached composite sketch of the suspect.

    He is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 19-years-old, 5’11” tall, and 170 pounds. He had a medium to dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes, and a thin mustache. He was wearing dark colored clothing and a hat at the time of the incident.

     Detectives with the Sheriff’s Major Crimes Sexual Assault Unit are investigating this case.
