Oxnard police used two ways to crackdown on impaired drivers Thursday night.
Between 6 PM to midnight, they conducted a DUI-Driver's License checkpoint and also roving saturation patrols.
During the checkpoint, 783 drivers were screened, and one of them was arrested for DUI-alcohol.
Police also handed out 14 citations, six of them to drivers who either had no license or were driving on a suspended or revoked license.
Meanwhile, the saturation patrols resulted in one DUI arrest and one person was also arrested for a parole violation.
